  14. This CD contains the following:

  16. - METIS 3.0 Visual Planning Library
  17.  
  18.   The NCR Visual Planning Library (VPL) comes with several templates and associated 
  19.   help for creating business, architecture, and planning models. 
  20.  
  21. - Getting Started with the METIS 3.0 Visual Planning Library document
  22.  
  23.   This Word document provides details on installing the METIS 3.0 Visual Planning 
  24.   Library, what's new in the Visual Planning Library, and how to migrate models 
  25.   from METIS 2.x format. 
  26.  
  27. - NCR VPL 3.0 Add-in (contains NCR proprietary information)
  28.  
  29.   The NCR VPL 3.0 Add-in includes templates and methodologies for use by NCR 
  30.   Consultants.

  32.   NOTE:  The Visual Planning Library must be installed before installing the NCR VPL 
  33.   Add-in.

  37.   The METIS Model Browser is used to view browsable models on the Web.

  40. INSTALLATION
  41. ------------
  42. To install these components, do the following:
  43.  
  44. 1. Place the NCR METIS 3.0 Visual Planning Library CD in your CD-ROM drive. 
  45. 2. From your Windows Start menu, select Run.
  46. 3. Enter the name of the setup you want to run:
  47.  
  48.    - To install the METIS 3.0 Visual Planning Library, enter D:\VPL30Setup.exe, 
  49.      where D: is your CD-ROM drive.
  50.    - To install the NCR VPL 3.0 Add-in, enter D:\NCR_VPL30_Add-in_Setup.exe,
  51.      where D: is your CD-ROM drive.
  52.    - To install the METIS Model Browser, enter D:\ModelBrowserSetup.exe, where
  53.      D: is your CD-ROM drive.

  56. install options, see the Getting Started with METIS Visual Planning Library document
  57. available on this CD.
